Fresh Fruit Pudding Milk Mixer
Fresh Fruit Pudding Milk Mixer Cool off with this nutritious, summer treat. For a frosty mixer, use frozen fruit and serve it over ice.

3 1/2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
1 package (4 serving size) vanilla flavor instant pudding & pie filling (or other flavor as desired)
1 medium, ripe banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup strawberries

Child: Place all ingredients in blender container; cover.

Parent and Child: Blend 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings
